Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues

The beach was close to the rooms, made access convenient.
The buggy I rode was in bad condition. The bench cover looked dirty. The seat covers clearly needed replacement. The wood on the floating villas looked weathered, like it had not been maintained in a decade (it reminded me of a ghost house area).

The staff was really helpful . The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices (I especially liked the pastries). The premises included access to a clean and well-kept beach area.
The buggy service was sometimes slow, resulting in waiting times. The prices for water activities felt a bit high.
