balanced stay on the island
island location private ferry modern facilities broken thermostat noisy heater limited solution
the island location felt very secluded, very near to the city. getting to the island required a private ferry, a lovely thirty-minute journey. i found the resort facilities modern. attention to detail was good throughout my stay.
My room felt a little too cold. The thermostat not working as expected. MANAGEMENT assured me that warmth would increase over time. This did not happen. the only solution involved a portable heater, but it was too noisy for any good night sleep.

Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues
worn buggy weathered wood
The beach was close to the rooms, made access convenient.
The buggy I rode was in bad condition. The bench cover looked dirty. The seat covers clearly needed replacement. The wood on the floating villas looked weathered, like it had not been maintained in a decade (it was like a ghost house area).

Satisfactory stay at the resort
helpful staff breakfast buffet clean beach slow buggy high price
The staff was really helpful . The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices (I especially liked the pastries). The premises included access to a clean and well-kept beach area.
The buggy service was sometimes slow, resulting in waiting times. The prices for water activities felt a bit high.
