Wonderful Hospitality at This Great Hotel

I found the service here to be so great. Othmane, the Night Manager, went far beyond to. I appreciated his professionalism and attentiveness. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. The team makes every guest feel valued.

One issue arose during check-in. My room was not ready by 3 PM as promised. I had to wait over an hour, and this was difficult after a long flight. This process needs improvements.

Our room was very clean thanks to the housekeeping staff. Drinks in rooms got replenished every day including water, branded cans and coffee pods. Fluffy towels, robes, and slippers were available.

The pool was clean, and the pool staff was very helpful. There is activity in the hotel and the lobby was large. The hotel also has nice pool, spa, and gym areas.

the staff i met were really great. sonia at the front desk greeted me warmly and farouk was very helpful, too! the room had a beautiful view. i really liked their kindness.

The gym situation needs work. The mens and womens areas are separate. this makes it less fun. also, there were no russian channels on the tv. it would be cool to watch some shows from home.

I was waiting for my room more than one hour. My room wasn't ready after my arrival at promised time. That was disappointing. I wish they had done better.

The hotel was very clean. The workers were great and very nice.. Suleman was especially helpful.

I had wrongly presumed this one would be as good as the last. The buffet restaurant definitely needs investment and upgrading, since tables and chairs are awful. The Indian restaurant needs a complete makeover, as there is nothing 5 star about this setting. Being on the all inclusive package was a complete waste of money for sure.

The room was always very tidy. Mr Ravindra was very attentive at all times. The room cleaning was done every day. It was always detailed. The towels were always fragrant, and so were the sheets.

Breakfast organization was not ideal. It was a battle to get seated for breakfast. The seating process seemed disorganized. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the volume of guests.

Mixed Feelings about this Hotel

limited varietymissing bouncy castles

My visit had some notable issues. The main buffet restaurant lacked variety, offering the same dishes every day. This got quite boring after a few meals. ALSO, the advertised inflatable bouncy castles were nowhere to be found, even after my MANY days. I thought there would be more to do for adults, especially during the evenings, but the entertainment options felt VERY limited and uninspired.
