The hotel staff were friendly. i especially appreciated kaushal from the concierge desk. He arranged our daily transportation. ganis drove us carefully and provided a comfy baby seat. the christmas decorations and events for children were plentiful.
my room was not cleaned properly! the hand and face towels were not replaced regularly. i had to call each afternoon to have them delivered. the carpets in our room needed a deep clean.

my family and i recently celebrated my son's birthday. every staff member greeted us warmly from the valet team to the staff at public house. the titan tikes kids club staff also welcomed us. mr sahid at public house arranged a birthday cake for my son, hamzah. this thoughtfulness.

the room included a spacious balcony it also had a very comfy bed the facility was very clean i liked their own private beach area. multiple swimming pools were available there i could always find a spot to relax the water was crystal clear.
i found that the breakfast could have been better i expected a bit more variety from kempinski

i had such a great time at this place! the check-in and check-out were so easy. balbina from guest services was AMAZING!!! she checked on me every day and even followed up after i got home. also, martin from room service was so kind. bashar made check-in smooth too. i got a late check-out and it was super helpful!
the gym only had two treadmills and i had to wait a bit to use one.

The hotel had its own private beach area. This offered a relaxing space . There were multiple swimming pools available. The pools provided variety for different preferences.
I had to wait 45 minutes for towels. The water in the evening was lukewarm during my shower. It took 30 minutes and three calls to get pillows. These delays impacted my comfort.
