Service issues mar the experience.

The service was really below par. I had trouble getting basic requests fulfilled. One example involves a simple request for milk. It took over two hours and four follow-up calls. That is just not acceptable. The minibar was also EMPTY, quite odd.

The hotel offered a luxurious aesthetic and the food quality was superb I found the staff very friendly and cute. They were helpful with all requests. The rooms were clean and the amenities well kept I especially enjoyed the fine swimming pool view.

The check-in process took a bit longer than expected adding a slight delay to my arrival.

Facilities

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes it also had a selection of free weights. The pool area featured twenty loungers and a dedicated shaded section for relaxation. There was also a spa.

The concierge service was informative and helpful in planning local excursions. Room service delivered promptly and the staff addressed inquiries efficiently. The reception was very courteous.

Location

The hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions using readily available transportation options. Taxis were frequently available outside the hotel. The metro station was a short walk away.
