I found the staff very helpful. i could check in early and store my luggage. the breakfast options were varied. It had so many choices! the swimming pool was nice. i would definitely stay again. the entire experience was lovely.
my only minor issue was that the room sizes were a little small.

The family room was simple, clean, and comfortable. it suited our needs very well. the room had good air conditioning, which worked REALLY well. fresh towels were provided daily. That was great.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. It was a great value! the food was AMAZING!!! the restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciate their kindness. the dining area was kept clean and tidy.

the staff were kind. breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes. the hotel provided a free shuttle to major tourist spots. i really appreciated this service.
the family room felt cramped for two adults and two children. i noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom . i found that there were not enough towels in the room, even after they were changed.

I appreciated the complimentary shuttle bus service to main attractions. This included trips to Yas Island and the Grand Mosque. The breakfast offered a balanced variety, ensuring most guests find something appealing. The staff members were consistently polite and very helpful.
The reception called to request the removal of the 'do not disturb' sign, which I found unusual.
