Fantastic City Stay!

Our room had a comfortable sitting area and beds (perfect after a long day). Check-in was available around the clock. The location was great. I really liked the great service and the cute staff at reception. Breakfast was good and offered a view from the restaurant.

The hotel provides a pool and three bars. I appreciated the inclusion of free water, coffee, and tea in the room. The staff also gave helpful tourist information and a map of the area. This added to the convenience of the stay.

convenient stay with a few small hiccups

the staff was very helpful upon arrival. maricel and arrah greeted me and promptly answered my questions at check-in. the individual at the entrance assisted me with getting a taxi after i checked out the following morning. aakash, the housekeeping manager, ensured the room was clean and well-kept, which i appreciated (especially the fresh linens!).
I did encounter an issue regarding the room temperature. It was difficult to adjust the ac. the reception tried to resolve it, but the room remained quite cold at 18°c. i hope this is addressed to ensure comfort .

The reception staff was very attentive, assisting with early check-in when possible and addressing any questions promptly. They always greeted me with a smile, important.
