inconsistent experience
loud music broken floor
the location was convenient for getting around, i suppose.
The noise was unbearable. music blasted until the early hours. it made sleep impossible. the room also had issues. The broken parquet floor and dirty windows were disappointing.

Fantastic City Stay!
comfortable beds great location cute staff good breakfast
Our room had a comfortable sitting area and beds (perfect after a long day). Check-in was available around the clock. The location was great. I really liked the great service and the cute staff at reception. Breakfast was good and offered a view from the restaurant.

The hotel provides a pool and three bars. I appreciated the inclusion of free water, coffee, and tea in the room. The staff also gave helpful tourist information and a map of the area. This added to the convenience of the stay.

convenient stay with a few small hiccups
helpful staff quick check-in clean linens
the staff was very helpful upon arrival. maricel and arrah greeted me and promptly answered my questions at check-in. the individual at the entrance assisted me with getting a taxi after i checked out the following morning. aakash, the housekeeping manager, ensured the room was clean and well kept, which i appreciated (especially the fresh linens!).
I did encounter an issue regarding the room temperature. It was difficult to adjust the ac. the reception tried to resolve it, but the room remained quite cold at 18°c. i hope this is addressed to ensure comfort .

The reception staff was very attentive, assisting with early check-in when possible and addressing any questions promptly. They always greeted me with a smile, important.

The location offers convenient access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. there are also taxi services readily available outside the hotel, which simplifies transportation. This allows easy exploration of the surrounding area.

The beautiful double room i stayed in was generally clean and well-equipped. it had sufficient space and included standard amenities. This was nice.

Currently, Abu Dhabi does not have a metro or train service. However, bus number A2 can drop passengers near the hotel. Is it possible to check in at 23:00 on the day of my arrival?
