the front desk STaff was helpful, especially with directions.

the parking situation was a nightmare. I paid for parking, but the valet kept moving my car to public parking spaces. This makes NO sense and feels like an EXCESS charge for poor service. the whole thing was frustrating.

The hotel's location made getting around easy, with quick access to key areas. My room included a comfortable bed and reliable air conditioning. I also used the valet parking. This was efficient.

The sound isolation wasn't ideal. I could hear corridor noise.
