decent stay, but some issues

spacious suite style hotel turkish yogurt room upgrading

the breakfast was varied. i liked the breakfast manager. the suite was spacious for the style of the hotel. it was a plus.

i missed some fresh turkish yogurt. we could have had it. the upgrading of our rooms was enhanced. maybe next time we find some.

The housekeeping staff provided really good service. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was efficient. The public spaces are attractive. I found the reception staff was always smiling. I appreciated their readiness to help. I had a good experience at the hotel. The maintenance was timely.

I noticed a slight delay in getting assistance with luggage upon arrival.

The staff provided warm service. Check-in was quick. They always seemed ready to help with a smile. The room was clean quiet and elegant with lovely details. The breakfast offered fresh fruit pastries cheeses and local dishes. Everything tasted homemade and of high quality. I found the setting calm with a relaxed atmosphere.

The drain in the shower seemed a bit rickety to me.

Historical Charm

classic design free access electrical elevator

hotel got significant history. i liked the classic interior design, in the rooms and lobby, it felt special. guests had free access to the atatürk museum room. the first electrical elevator in the country was available for use upon request, it added character.

the experience was a bit disappointing. the bar service felt slow, i waited a long time for someone to take my order. my husband had to ask the manager. breakfast felt chaotic, it was difficult to get coffee and cutlery.
