The hotel looked great in pictures. The lack of music created a weird vibe. Quiet is fine but this was too quiet. My room wasn't exactly cheap so I expected better sound management. The location felt isolated. I needed a taxi for everything. I paid extra for a private pool it was cold

i stayed in a premium double room pool view for three nights the room had a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious bathroom the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the minibar was stocked daily with water soft drinks and local beer. the resort has multiple restaurants i liked the asian restaurant umami i ate sushi and noodles there the food was prepared quickly and tasted very good the hotel grounds are very well maintained i saw gardeners tending to the plants and flowers every day.
the gym is relatively small it has only two treadmills and one stationary bike.

i had a fab stay with friends! everything was flawless, starting with the staff were nice and pro at reception. porters, housekeeping, and the people in the bars and restaurants were all great. the room was lovely and clean, the service was excellent, and the food and drinks were great too. we ate in several restaurants and the food and service there were excellent.
the hotel is very beautiful but it is not luxurious. the premium swim up rooms are pointless if you love getting a sun tan! there's only sun before 12pm, after that there's only shade.

The restaurants offer excellent food, and the service is consistently great. Kimata, la parilla, oceania, vegera, and makuti all delivered superb experiences. there are many options available and each place has its own unique atmosphere to savor. i found the variety satisfying.

i stayed in a luxury swim up room i did not see it as luxury there is not a proper bathroom just a sink and huge mirror behind the bed the lighting is not great plenty of fresh towels though

the check-in process was smooth and efficient. the staff assisted with the app setup, and they booked all our a la carte restaurant reservations for the week. the resort boasts a chic atmosphere, with beautiful rooms and inviting pool areas. special thanks go to maria and giannas at the cabana bar, and aris for the great nightcaps.

i really liked the food at the restaurants. george, the captain at the asian restaurant, gave good menu suggestions. the staff always smiled and tried to help, that was very nice.
the pool seemed a bit dirty for me. i noticed the tiles need a good clean. getting drinks took a long time at times. i waited 30 mins once, its not great.
