Vegera Restaurant provides authentic Cretan Cuisine in a setting surrounded by olive trees next to the Aegean style chapel of St Andreas, using organic vegetables, seasonal fruits, wild greens, herbs from ' Psiloriti ' mountain and pure olive oil. Umami Restaurant offers Asian gastronomy, equipped with a Robata grill. La Parrilla serves lunch with an à la carte menu and dinner with wine and beer selections. Oceania Restaurant combines local ingredients and techniques.

Guests can use services such as a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, indoor heated pool, massage rooms, and a fitness room with sea and pool views. The Anassa Spa offers Elemis therapies.
