we have been guests of rixos premium hotels for the past three years and have always had fantastic experiences first in tekirova and now for the first time the hotel offers extraordinary facilities beautiful surroundings and excellent service throughout however the dinner reservation system could use improvement the concierge team especially elena ana and arda were very supportive and helped us find solutions whenever possible a special thank-you goes to aytullah the manager of the turkish restaurant were really nice to accommodate us and ensure we had a wonderful dining experience

The hotel provides great options for dining. The buffet offers excellent quality. The rooms were also comfortable. The hotel's size impressed me.. It is more excellent in person than the pictures suggest. I also found the staff helpful.
It was hard to get precise information about available services. This slight language barrier created minor issues when I tried to understand all the offerings.

The air conditioning was supposedly set centrally to heating mode. even when i set the temperature to 18°c, warm air kept blowing into the room. It was too hot at night. it was also annoying i sometimes smelled cigarette smoke in the room. They said it might be from nearby balconies. these issues seriously impacted my sleep and comfort throughout the stay.
