the hotel offered a wide variety of pools that were excellent.
The food variety was disappointing. It lacked excitement. the alcohol drinks also needed improvement in quality. i expected better for a hotel of this supposed standard.

the room was a beautiful king suite it had ample space the air conditioning worked well i appreciated daily restocking of the mini bar with water and soft drinks
the main buffet restaurant felt crowded at peak times it was often difficult to find an empty table the noise level there was quite high the beach shuttle service was infrequent sometimes i had to wait over 30 minutes for a bus

i found the water park to be lots of fun. there were excellent shows in the evening. the main restaurant had a great range of food. the transfer times to all the golf courses were short for anyone planning to play golf.
the hotel could benefit from more frequent cleaning of tables at the bar. sometimes i noticed staff only replaced the tablecloths without properly cleaning the surfaces.

the enormous water park caters to all ages from toddlers to adults. there are many pools offering options for all guests. evening shows take place in the main arena.

the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. the air conditioning works very well. the rooms include well-stocked bars where you can get branded spirits like jack daniels.

the main restaurant includes a great range of food options. the hotel has numerous a la carte options. there is plenty of variety. the food is good in general.

staff members are very good and kind. all the staff are super friendly and helpful. staff are willing to make things happen when you ask. hospitality was lovely during my experience.
