dated room slow service
the food selection had good variety.
Our room seemed overlooked during refurbishment. It felt dated with scrapes on the walls. the service was consistently slow, and resetting tables took too long. there were also a lot of cats wandering around the restaurant area. It might not be for everyone.

The facilities were fantastic! the resort is big and there is so much to do. the shuttle service was great. It came every 5-10 mins. the food was great, because there was so much variety, so there is something for everyone.
staff at check in was not friendly at all. we wanted rooms near to each other, but they gave us one room on another different floor. the curtains in the rooms are not blackout at all, so there's a lot of light coming in. they kept telling us they would change our rooms for 7 days, but they didn't.
