underwhelming stay, service issues and overcrowding

slow service unhappy staff

the cleanliness of the rooms met expectations, ensuring a comfortable base .

I found the service to be quite slow, often requiring self-service or queuing at the bars. This was not what i expected. the staff seemed rather unhappy and tired, which affected the overall atmosphere. the closure of bars before midnight was disappointing, and the absence of the saloon bar was a real shame.

poor cleaning room dirt

the food offered a lot of variety and tasted fine.

I had issues with the cleanliness. The rooms were not cleaned properly, as dirt from the previous day just got moved to another corner, it was annoying.

The room included a stocked mini-bar with soft drinks and snacks. It was replenished daily. We stayed in a family room with balcony access to the pool. The cleaning service was perfect. They came in the evenings.

The balconies do not all have loungers.

sports bar tasty dinner direct access

The sports bar had ali eren, he served drinks always with a smile. the italian restaurant was SO tasty. Aytul and cenk served us dinner. the kekova building gave direct access to the pool. That was a 10/10.

The balconies on the rooms are small. Not all have loungers.
