Our suite designer room was very spacious! The hotel offered a pillow menu, a nice touch. The bathroom included many amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The staff promptly restocked our mini bar based on our requests. My husband asked for a specific beer and he got it.

Our corner suite had a jacuzzi with a fantastic sea view, very relaxing. The room included a seating area with a comfortable sofa and a work desk. Daily housekeeping kept everything super clean.

Staff members were always available and ready to help with any questions. The service at the restaurants was efficient. The waiters were attentive. The bar staff remembered our preferred drinks, I appreciated that a lot!

The hotel has multiple pools, both indoor and outdoor, offering choices for everyone. The gym had modern equipment, I liked the steam and sauna rooms. There were sun loungers available throughout the complex. Lots of space to relax.

i found the food quality good in the buffet, though it got repetitive after a week. branded ice creams at the bars were a nice addition. overall, the staff was helpful and accommodating . i liked the relaxed atmosphere of the resort.
there were many kids, which might not suit everyone. the app always showed no availability which was frustrating. i also noticed i got several bug bites during an outdoor event.

Excellent Stay with Varied Activities

The choice of food was excellent with several à la carte restaurants. The buffet was also excellent with themed nights and endless variety. I enjoyed archery a lot as my instructor, Amigo, made it fun and easy to enjoy. Live music played throughout the day , and the evening shows were top quality.
When I tried to adjust the number of guests traveling and reduce the number of days booked a week before the trip , I was not able to do so. I found these issues exasperating and the staff could have been more helpful in communications.
