the lazy river was amazing. i also liked the system they used for allocating sunbeds, it was easier this way. i found the allocated sunbeds a great idea and so were one towel that hooks over bed and one as a drying towel. staff here are all very friendly.

the staff was very helpful. the allocated sunbeds are a great idea. the maintained gardens are lovely. the food and beverages were delicious!!!

the showers after check-out are in full view of the pool. this lacked privacy. a private shower is necessary after check-out for late departures.

the room was spacious with a large bed and a dressing table. his and hers sinks and a rainfall shower were available in the bathroom. allocated sunbeds. the food was amazing!!!

welcome bottle delicious drink fun activities

the reception check-in was amazing a welcome bottle of champagne waited in the room because it was our anniversary sandor and jorji the porters were ready to help both at check-in and check-out they were amazing guys yanis and mikey from the pool bar were always ready to prepare a delicious drink. margahrita from housekeeping kept the room super clean and tidy. the allstar team provided non-stop fun activities

i noticed new arrivals struggled to find their sunbeds it would be helpful if the process could be streamlined after checking out at noon with pickup at 715pm better courtesy room and shower facilities would be appreciated
