Fantastic Hotel Experience

The staff here are genuinely helpful and always friendly. The customer service desk provided relaxed help. I liked the four diverse restaurants, including Asian, Italian, and Greek options, each offered varied themes nightly at the Cafe Royal. It was easy to order service and drinks from the sunbed via a QR code.
The evening meal venues changed with little notice.

Swimming pools provide a wonderful experience and include indoor and outdoor choices. The adult-only area contributes to the particularly relaxing time. Resident cats adds to the charm. Sunbed allocation makes the whole experience more relaxing.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness and offered helpfulness in all requests. The personnel were always polite and willing to assist with guest needs. Quick problem resolution. I found the level of service excellent.

The rooms look immaculate and the cleanliness is very excellent. My cabana room was an excellent size, including the en-suite facilities. Being close proximity to the beach proved beneficial. The hotel and the rooms are spotlessly clean.

I thought the food presented varied and of good quality in all four restaurants. The Cafe Royal impressed me and provided different themes. Little touches like chilled face towels. The food options was fabulous.

the hotel provided excellent service with sunbed allocation. it removed all stress regarding finding a bed. i could even order drinks with a qr code from the sunbed. the cabana room was sizable and clean. its en-suite was superb also. its proximity to the beach was great.

mixed experience, some issues need addressing
loud musicpoor soundproofing
the room overlooked a restaurant with live music (i wasn't warned about this). the noise was loud. staff seemed aware of the issue, yet offered no solutions or discounts. this made it hard to relax. i wouldn't stay here again.
