the BREAKFAST buffet had ample options.
Receptionists Were very rude and UNhelpful. I even asked where TO eat, and they DIDN'T assist. the staff at the RECEPTION are so unhelpful and NOT respectful.

the room was beautiful. it was spacious and super clean. the overall vibe of the hotel was modern yet relaxed. the breakfast spread offered excellent quality and variety.
the tv interface for room service kept freezing. connection of the apple tv device was impossible because of the glitchy tv interface. one morning around 7 am, hotel staff were singing and listening music loud in the neighboring room. when i checked out, no one even asked how my stay was.

I stayed for a few nights and, honestly, the service was spotty. Getting a simple request fulfilled sometimes was like an ordeal. One morning, my breakfast order was late, and they forgot my toast. It is annoying. Plus, the minibar lacked variety, made late-night snacking less exciting. All in all, my experience wasn't up to par with the hotel's claims.

mixed feelings about this stay
overwhelmed staffpoor soundproofing
The breakfast buffet had a decent selection. the staff seemed overwhelmed. i often had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to get a cup of coffee, and the tables weren't cleared promptly. this impacted the overall experience a bit. also, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. i could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms fairly easily. The noise was disruptive at times
