The variety of food options stands out, especially the themed nights at the main buffet restaurant and the delicious meals at the Taverna and Green & Grill à la carte restaurants; many appreciate the all-inclusive experience. dairy-free pancake steak filet uncomfy pillow school kitchen

The tavern restaurant offered amazing food and service. A great fillet steak was served at the green and grill. my youngest son has a dairy allergy and I found that dairy free pancakes were made on demand. Alternative milks were provided and fresh sorbet was available at the ice CREAM van.

I noticed kids were playing in the jacuzzi all the time. It was filled with small toys and was not relaxing at all. I found the pillows to be uncomfy and they resembled inflated travel pillow.

a mixed experience, some issues require attention

dirty room average food

I found certain aspects troubling. the room wasn't cleaned to standard, there were still traces of previous guests in the bathroom. Not expected from a hotel commanding these rates. the main pool was overly crowded and noisy, this somewhat detracted from relaxation. i found the food quality quite average, especially considering what the hotel charges. there were instances when it just didn't live up to expectations for a self proclaimed five star hotel.

peaceful beach delicious carbonara dirty pool stressful sunbeds

the hotel boasts a good small beach. i enjoyed the convenience of using my wristband at the beach bar.. it was so peaceful. the Italian restaurant served a carbonara that i found amazing.

i noticed the pools seemed dirty. i also observed that the sunbed situation was quite dire.. it was a bit stressful. i found it hard to relax having to look for a place at the pool.
