a mixed experience, some issues require attention

dirty roomaverage food

I found certain aspects troubling. the room wasn't cleaned to standard, there were still traces of previous guests in the bathroom. Not expected from a hotel commanding these rates. the main pool was overly crowded and noisy, this somewhat detracted from relaxation. i found the food quality quite average, especially considering what the hotel charges. there were instances when it just didn't live up to expectations for a self proclaimed five star hotel.

the hotel boasts a good small beach. i enjoyed the convenience of using my wristband at the beach bar.. it was so peaceful. the Italian restaurant served a carbonara that i found amazing.

i noticed the pools seemed dirty. i also observed that the sunbed situation was quite dire.. it was a bit stressful. i found it hard to relax having to look for a place at the pool.
