The hotel boasts aqua park and swimming pools suitable for both adults and kids, i found that so fun! the garden is well-kept and green, it was easy to wander around and the area is always clean. the staff are great. I could easily communicate, i found them polite and helpful.

Finding a diet coke required quite a long walk. Free ice creams were also a bit far from everything, i did find this slightly irritating.

the hotel features a very large pool! there are fountains operating from 10 am to 6 pm, i found them a fun addition. kids also have a grass football pitch, darts, shuffleboards, and three table tennis tables.

the rooms include air conditioning, it definitely helps with the weather. housekeeping kept the rooms clean and tidy, i liked that they were very good. our room included a balcony, i enjoyed this addition.

the public relations team is very friendly and helpful, i enjoyed interacting with them. the hotel has an entertainment team, they were warm, polite and lovely to speak with. i was very satisfied with the provided service.

The snack bar near the water slides was generally of good quality, i always found some hot food. the main restaurant always had something different on offer. The meats were fantastic. the range of foods was great, i tried new things everyday.

i found many activities available. there was sports and a gym. karaoke was also an option! the hotel really caters to families.

the paid pool table in the billiards room cost twelve euros an hour.

The restaurant felt chaotic because staff did not seat diners. I had to search for a table and often found them uncleared and without cutlery. Breakfast was especially disappointing all the eggs tasted rubbery. Also the smell of syrup from topping up the cola fountain was occasionally sickly.

The water park did offer a great main pool. It also had a variety of water slides.

The air conditioning proved ineffective. The room remained excessively hot. I had to request a fan. The shower had several malfunctions. I also found smells coming from the main drain.
