the food was good in the main restaurant.

I found that getting drinks was a hassle. Often, i had to wait longer than expected, frustrating, especially during peak hours, and it just wasn't ideal.

I stayed in a superior room side sea view. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the buffet had a very wide choice. I also enjoyed the drinkswith branded spirits.

The hotel is far from shops. A taxi costs around €65 round trip. some staff were rude and didn't speak english. i had to repeatedly ask staff to refill the fridge with water.

i'm a bit disappointed. our room had a view of a building site instead of the sea view we paid for! the air conditioning didn't work well.

Fantastic stay. Minor hiccup!

This hotel features all necessary amenities! The food in the main restaurant and bistro was delicious. I especially liked beverages at the bars. I thought the boat ride to the beach was very convenient and the beach itself was clean. I appreciated having a taxi arranged to the city. The driver waited to bring us back to the hotel.

I noticed one minor issue. I felt the gym was slightly small! Otherwise, my visit was excellent.

The staff provided quick service and were always eager to help with requests. I found every staff member greeted me with a smile. Every request was handled efficiently by staff.

The room had lots of storage space. This was convenient. I appreciated the comfort of the bed. There was a good shower and a pleasant view. I appreciated the daily cleaning service the hotel offers.
