gastronomic paradise with great staff
great variety delicious food excellent service
i found the food to be delicious with a wide variety of options. the hostess derya was very helpful and friendly. waiters such as önder, mesut, and salih provided excellent service (i especially appreciated their attentiveness!). the chef, mr zeki sirt, and his team maintained a high standard of quality throughout the dining experience.
the main bar seemed a bit dated. the terracotta floor looked worn, and i did not find it as clean as other parts of the hotel. also, i experienced occasional delays in getting served, sometimes receiving the wrong drink.

Superb Stay with Family Fun
relaxing spa enthusiastic team variety dining
We arrived at the beginning of July and found many areas fully operational. The spa facilities are well-kept and relaxing. The animation team was enthusiastic and engaging (they really made the atmosphere fun!). There are many restaurants, each providing a variety of dining choices.
Some paths around the resort are quite steep. This can be a challenge with mobility issues or those with strollers.

The staff is attentive and quick to respond to requests. Many speak multiple languages. The reception provides prompt assistance with check-in and any queries. Daily housekeeping maintains cleanliness. Staff ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

The gym had a modern setup. I especially liked the presence of several treadmills and stationary bikes. Kayaks were available for complimentary use (30 minutes per session).
The walk to some facilities felt a bit long.
