Excellent Hotel Stay

convenient location friendly staff comfortable rooms

The hotel location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly. Alex at the adults pool bar provided really good service. I found the rooms comfortable and very clean.

The hotel security was excessive. Even a photographer from our boat trip couldn't gain access to deliver our photos.

The snack bar provided food all day, that was a big plus. I enjoyed available pizza, salads and wraps. The alcoholic beverages were not watered down like other hotels. That was appreciated. There was a variety of food choices, especially in the main buffet restaurant.

thin walls uncomfortable beds

The walls proved to be paper thin, so it was very loud. I could hear conversations clearly from other rooms. This noise persisted throughout the night and mornings. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable, affecting my sleep. I spoke to reception staff, but they just shrugged.

The service at the relaxing pool was excellent. Alex, the bartender, always greeted guests with a smile and provided prompt service. The dining room staff, especially Tirgis and Gaia, ensured a lovely experience. I appreciated that fresh linens were provided daily by the housekeepers.

I appreciated the excellent service provided in the relaxing pool area. Alex was always cheerful and helpful. The food was tasty with many options available each day, and the waiter staff was very attentive. I found the entertainment fun, with different activities offered daily for everyone to participate in. The hotel provided convenient access to both nearby towns (Icmeler).

I found that the alcoholic beverages tasted slightly watered down.
