I enjoyed the friendly service from the staff and Alexandra from Guest Relations. She had a warm personality and was always ready to help. The food was very different, yet flavourful. The hotel was language friendly. The team knew many different languages.
The hotel charged commission on top of our taxi fare.

The main restaurant cooked daily food for a huge amount of people and I was surprised at how good the food was. The main bar served nice cocktails.
