the hotel seemed understaffed. i observed long queues to be seated at the buffet restaurant. getting drinks with the waiting staff was difficult. many tables needed clearing and this gave a chaotic feeling.

The pools were a decent size and provided a place to cool off.

The buffet was a mess. Lines were LONG, and finding a clean table was like winning the lottery. I suspect there wasn't enough staff, and it showed (especially during peak hours). the a la carte restaurants were impossible to book through the app that benefit pretty much useless.

the air conditioning system proved inadequate . it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature within the room. i also found the selection of drinks at the bars somewhat limited. many premium brands were unavailable, and i had to settle for less preferred alternatives. this fell short of expectations for a hotel in this category.
