The resort has multiple pools, and i found comfortable sunbeds always available. i recommend requesting a ground floor room. Direct pool access is possible. the location near the bus stop was helpful. I traveled to rhodes town and lindos easily.
The air conditioning controls did not seem very effective. The temperature felt consistently around 22 degrees celsius, regardless of the outside weather, this was a real problem.

Our room faced the sea and provided a lovely view. Help from the staff was always available when needed. the design felt modern, and the space allowed easy relaxation after outings, also everything looked very clean!

The main bar offered tasty cocktails, and the presentation was quite nice. the multiple pool choices meant i could always find a spot to relax. The cinema provided a relaxed evening activity. i think it met our expectations

The hotel provided a very clean room, it was also well-kept and included air conditioning. free water was supplied daily to my room which i found a nice addition. the sunbeds were very comfortable and pool towels were also provided. Refreshing them daily was easy.
The hotel had some staff members who were quite rude at times and occasionally ignorant. breakfast was often lukewarm which was a disappointment. Also it always required waiting to be seated.

Staff helped with everything i needed and were nice. They were also service minded. the ability to rent a car directly from the hotel provided convenience and accessibility! it was a beneficial service.

The rooms were big and good. They were also clean and excellent. i liked the calm area around the pool just outside the patio! this offered a great, relaxed experience.

The hotel is a convenient 15-minute drive from the airport. This made arrival and departure straightforward. i found the position good though the taxi was expensive. It cost 15 euros to get to old town!

Lots of pools are available at the hotel. This offers plenty of space to relax. there were also several restaurants on the resort and they were 10/10. breakfast had lots of choice.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It included a wide variety of food options. Every meal was delicious and very well organized. I especially enjoyed the boat tour to the city of Lindos.
The air conditioning was in ECO mode. It had one set temperature and turned on and off constantly. The pools were also very cold. The staff did not collect the cushions off the deck chairs after it rained.
