location was acceptable. it connects directly to the mbk shopping mall.

i thought breakfast was subpar. the thai variety wasn't as good as other hotels i have stayed at. the room only had two black tea bags and only one tea bag was allowed each day. the hotel should provides milk in the room.

i appreciated the friendly staff, including nadia, nan, mod, tee, and mhom. their service was really good. the location IS very convenient for accessing the shopping center. the room was very comfy and tidy with great amenities.

the air conditioning was quite LOUD, which sometimes disrupted my sleep.
