superb location water filter

The location is superb i loved that it is super convenient right next to a mall. it gave me easy access to many eateries. I also loved that there were no plastic bottles as there was a water filter in my room. i found that so innovative!

the only negative thing was that i thought the air conditioning was very loud.

limited tea bags poor milk

location was acceptable. it connects directly to the mbk shopping mall.

i thought breakfast was subpar. the thai variety wasn't as good as other hotels i have stayed at. the room only had two black tea bags and only one tea bag was allowed each day. the hotel should provides milk in the room.

friendly staff convenient location comfortable amenities

i appreciated the friendly staff, including nadia, nan, mod, tee, and mhom. their service was really good. the location IS very convenient for accessing the shopping center. the room was super clean and cozy with great amenities.

the air conditioning was quite LOUD, which sometimes disrupted my sleep.
