perfect service experienced concierge perfect buffet
The plentiful staff offered perfect service. Marco at the concierge desk was experienced and kind. I booked through AMEX Platinum. Breakfast included a perfect buffet and menu. The bedding and spacious bathroom reflected a true five-star experience.
The shower's water temperature was inconsistent, requiring a room change.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff was attentive (I really appreciated their quick responses to my requests). The location provided easy access to many attractions. I found the breakfast offered a great variety of choices, with many fresh options available each morning.

Really good Hotel Experience
birthday upgrade spacious room helpful staff convenient location
The staff offered a birthday upgrade to a spacious room with marble features. Champagne and treats was in the room to enhance the celebration. Concierge staff provided helpful restaurant recommendations making our stay nice. The location is super convenient near the train station.
The music from the bar was quite loud late at night, which slightly disturbed my sleep.
