really good service and views!

Alexandra at reception and daller at the rooftop bar really enhanced my experience. my room was very clean. The location was central! i found the breakfast range amazing and it had a panoramic view of the city from the rooftop restaurant. I thought nothing was too much trouble.
the air conditioning wasn't working so the room was warm due to having to close the windows because of noise.

The breakfast had bacon, scrambled eggs and sausages. there was a fabulous selection of pastries. I saw cheeses and meats, yogurts and fruit. i ate cereal and toast. fresh croissants were amazing. They were filled with chocolate.

the room and bathroom were immaculate! two bottles of water complementary were left in your fridge everyday, which i think is a nice touch. the room was a good space, it gave me what i needed for my stay.

i was a little disappointed with my room. it felt quite outdated and not at all like the pictures i saw online. the bathroom had some mold and cracked tiles, which i found unpleasant. it. the only good thing was i could watch fireworks from the terrace.

the room was super clean, cool, and spacious. the bed was big and the room remained quiet. breakfast offered a full continental choice. it was on the roof terrace, we liked it very much.
the shower was like a dripping tap, frustrating.

i enjoyed the convenient location , as it made exploring the city easy and safe. the staff were friendly and helpful , especially joanna who provided great tips for local attractions. the rooftop bar was a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing , i savored some refreshing drinks with amazing views.
the street was noisy at night, difficult to sleep soundly. bin collections occurred very early , around 3:30 and 5:30 am, so i woke up frequently. closing the windows helped a little , yet the room became quite warm because there was no air conditioning available at that time.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!

The rooftop terrace was a delight! Breakfast and later food and drinks were served there. The service was really good throughout my visit. Each staff member showed great politeness and dedication to ensure a wonderful stay.
The standard room was basic, but clean. Noise at night was a problem because of the outside, with people making noises.

The hotel is in a great location (easy to get around). The staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of foods and a panoramic view. I enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a great selection of food.
My room was not very big. There was no mirror in the room. The temperature controls did not seem to work (it was too warm).
