The hotel location impressed me. it is directly on the beach. i particularly enjoyed the animation team. They had great energy. fares specifically stood out for ensuring everyone felt included in various activities. evening entertainment offered nice experiences for all guests.

i noticed some maintenance issues. specifically the furniture seemed tired. i think these areas could benefit from updates to improve the overall impression.

there is an outdoor pool with plenty of sunbeds . the animation team coordinates activities daily by the pool. the hotel includes a fitness center, however i didn't use it. an indoor pool is also on the premises.

the food was completely bland. i tried almost every dish. each one was devoid of any taste, or they made it worse somehow. even croissants and fruit juice tasted bad. i'm really not happy with this food quality.

My trip was wonderful. The hotel has ample secure parking. The breakfast had a very good variety. the staff was friendly and courteous. I especially appreciated the reception staff.. Mr Adil guided us to a great restaurant..

I thought the shisha café hours were a little inconsistent. The menu was always displayed, but it was often closed. This was a minor issue, but I would have liked more predictability.

the animation team was very active. they planned a lot of different activities for everyone (i thought that was pretty cool). the beach location was perfect. it made it easy to relax and enjoy the sun. the food was delicious. i especially enjoyed the local dishes.

the air conditioning in the rooms could have been better. it was barely noticeable (i am not exaggerating). the bathrooms need some updating. they look old and tired.
