The suite featured a comfortable hot tub, romantic after long days. the rooftop bar offered great value, a perfect place for us to relax. we found the bus stop close by. lots of restaurants and bars were a short walk away. So many options!
i found the focus on screens at reception a bit distancing, a minor point in an otherwise stellar experience.

i found some things disappointing. the walls were not very soundproof. i heard loud noises when staff cleaned nearby rooms, early in the morning. also, the rooftop pool played very loud music all day. it made it hard to relax.

the reception staff seemed a bit too focused on their screens. they often did not acknowledge me. the indoor pools seemed very small and not suited for swimming.

The staff were very helpful and professional. The food tasted exquisite.
I was disappointed the rooftop pool bar was closed. The hotel mentioned it was off-season. I discovered later it was actually open for a few hours on one of the days.

Really good stay with amazing service

The room was spacious and beautifully lit. It was also quiet and comfortable, so i slept well. The gym has good machines, which i appreciated (i like to work out when i travel). The lifts around the hotel are fast. The view from the 10th floor is fine.
It was difficult to relax, even with multiple requests to lower the volume. The music measured over 90 decibels, too high.

The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. It is also near the sea, perfect for beach days. The location offers easy access to local amenities and attractions, so exploring the area is convenient.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Rooms feature very clean environments and comfortable beds. The bathrooms include modern fixtures and are maintained to a high standard, therefore ensure a pleasant stay.

The food is lovely (the themed nights added variety!). They offer four courses of exquisite food. The restaurant staff create a great atmosphere during both dinner and breakfast, hence making dining very enjoyable.

The staff is super helpful with a very natural, positive attitude. They were genuine, professional, and calm, therefore. The service at the spa was particularly great.
