the grounds were really nice. access to my location was easy.

the room wasn't clean, i found stains on the bed sheets and the cutlery was dirty. there was also a bad smell in the room. the shower didn't drain properly.

I LOVED the beautiful grounds. They were perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. The room overlooked these grounds, lovely. The communal kitchen had great facilities and it was very useful.

The room I stayed in felt a bit small. There wasn't much space for my suitcases! The electronic door required a six-digit pin. This wasn't easy to remember. I also missed having bedside tables with LARGER tops.

the room was airy with huge windows overlooking the well maintained garden. i also enjoyed the communal kitchen and big communal sitting area, it was very convenient. i appreciated the good parking available at the premises.

the electronic doors required a unique 6 digit pin number, it was not easy to remember at first.

the location has nearby shops and a fantastic indian restaurant 100 metres away. cambridge is only 20 mins drive from the hotel. bury st edmonds is 30 min drive.
