the room was clean and the bed was comfy.

the noise situation was unacceptable. music vibrated the floor until nearly 1.30am, sleep was impossible and staff ignored my complaints. i tried to contact them multiple times but received no response whatsoever.

the staff was lovely and attentive . my beautiful double room bath was nicely decorated. the restaurant and bar area are friendly (a real asset to this hotel). the bed was comfortable, with quality linen.

The coffee machine lacked clear instructions, frustrating. It was not intuitive. furthermore, the noise level was considerable. the loud music persisted past the stated time, going on until nearly 1:00 am and caused vibrations throughout the room! phoning the night porter yielded no response. this made sleep difficult.

i received a complimentary glass of bubbly upon arrival, a lovely touch. the staff showed me to my upgraded room. the car parking at the rear of the hotel was really convenient (it made things easier).

the hotel did not provide instructions on how to use the coffee machine in my room. it would have been helpful to have those available.

The suite had opulent decor, I found. The smart TV was great, especially for evening relaxation. I slept in a very comfy bed. It also had many pillows and cushions.

The music from the bar downstairs was audible, it went on until late.
