attentive service art collection excellent facilities
I appreciated the attentive service . the staff was always ready to assist with a smile. the art collection impressed me. It added a unique cultural touch to the hotel. the hotel provided excellent facilities for all guests.

excellent experience

clean room great pillows nice option wide selection
the room was very clean. the bed included great pillows. breakfast had many nice options. the staff proved to be really nice. i tried yellowspot in the cellar bar and it was great. the bar area includes wide beverage selection. i found staff happy to get taxis.
my room was beautiful. it also felt pretty small.

underwhelming experience

poor breakfast plastic sockets
the breakfast lacked quality, and the staff seemed indifferent. the bedroom looked underwhelming for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The plastic sockets seemed out of place. I expected better, ESPECIALLY considering the price point.

I stayed four nights. the rooms were beautiful. The bar was excellent. no. 23 bar was a relaxing place. i took cappuccinos in the garden and enjoyed visiting.

excellent stay!

warm greeting quick check-in spacious bathroom
the bellman greeted us warmly as our cab arrived. check-in was very quick. the room felt spacious for three people, and the bathroom also provided ample space. i also enjoyed the spa and had a wonderful massage.
the room, though beautiful, felt a little small.

efficient service blackout curtains on-site gym
I found the service quite efficient, including very prompt responses to requests. The room was equipped with blackout curtains, a feature I always appreciate. I also made use of the on-site gym. It featured three treadmills and a selection of free weights.
The minibar prices seemed high, and I noticed the selection was limited compared to other hotels I have visited..
