attentive service art collection excellent facilities
I appreciated the attentive service . the staff was always ready to assist with a smile. the art collection impressed me. It added a unique cultural touch to the hotel. the hotel provided excellent facilities for all guests.

The hotel has a wonderful breakfast with many options. you can try crispy fried prawns, followed by tender lamb. you can also try meringue with raspberry sorbet. I loved it.

clean room great pillows nice option wide selection
the room was very clean. the bed included great pillows. breakfast had many nice options. the staff proved to be really nice. i tried yellowspot in the cellar bar and it was great. the bar area includes wide beverage selection. i found staff happy to get taxis.
my room was beautiful. it also felt pretty small.

the doormen were immediately helpful with bags. the check-in process moved seamlessly. breakfast staff offered warm interaction. the reception team acted kindly. everyone had an interest in offering me a great stay. i felt very special.

underwhelming experience
poor breakfast plastic sockets
the breakfast lacked quality, and the staff seemed indifferent. the bedroom looked underwhelming for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The plastic sockets seemed out of place. I expected better, ESPECIALLY considering the price point.

I stayed four nights. the rooms were beautiful. The bar was excellent. no. 23 bar was a relaxing place. i took cappuccinos in the garden and enjoyed visiting.

excellent stay!
warm greeting quick check-in spacious bathroom
the bellman greeted us warmly as our cab arrived. check-in was very quick. the room felt spacious for three people, and the bathroom also provided ample space. i also enjoyed the spa and had a wonderful massage.
the room, though beautiful, felt a little small.

the hotel gym includes modern equipment, i saw three treadmills. it has two stationary bikes. the pool area features about 20 loungers and also a shaded section, i saw this.

efficient service blackout curtains on-site gym
I found the service quite efficient, including very prompt responses to requests. The room was equipped with blackout curtains, a feature I always appreciate. I also made use of the on-site gym. It featured three treadmills and a selection of free weights.
The minibar prices seemed high, and I noticed the selection was limited compared to other hotels I have visited..

The Beautiful King Room had a spacious layout and included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room also featured a writing desk with multiple power outlets, very useful for working. Lighting controls were conveniently located by the bedside.

Concierge services were available 24/7, a detail I found quite practical. Staff arranged transportation to local attractions and provided detailed maps. Turndown service included complimentary water and small chocolates placed on the nightstand each evening.
