Wonderful stay with some minor issues

helpful staff memberfruit platterfresh eggsfaulty socket
The location was excellent. I could easily walk to the theatre in a short time. A staff member named Aoife was helpful and cheerful during check-in. She upgraded my room due to an in-house competition. I received a fruit platter and vouchers for food and drinks. The food in the bar was lovely, breakfast included fresh poached eggs made to order.
The room's coffee machine didn't work. The iron leaked and saturated my shirt when I tried to iron it before going out. the socket next to the bed did not charge my phone overnight.
