The concierge staff was attentive. They made last minute reservations. They were very knowledgeable about local activities. The restaurants and bars offered enjoyable experiences, important due to unpredictable weather. I particularly appreciated the salon downstairs, the team was VERY friendly and professional. The whole operation was worth it. The hair salon downstairs was clean.

The breakfast service felt CHAOTIC and crowded on most mornings. Waiting in line was a bit inconvenient.

The staff showed great care and attention. My room provided ample space, featured beautiful decor, and included high-quality amenities. The various dining options offered unique and delicious meals that delighted my taste buds. The spa created a relaxing environment. Everything felt very luxurious.
