i gotta say, the location was amazing, specially for hitting up the 3arena. it was practically next door so that was convenient. the bar area was nice too. staff, they were really friendly and helpful, which i always appreciate.
the rooms really need a fresh up, specially the bathrooms. they looked a bit worn. also, they gave me a wrong room and i only noticed this two days later when i complained about something else. they didn't properly clean the room before or .

The bed was super cosy. I slept soundly. I enjoyed the spacious shower with great water pressure. The location was amazing because the hotel is located right beside the concert venue. Breakfast had a good choice.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport with the Dublin express, which stops right outside the building. It is very convenient. The Luas also runs frequently to the city centre from right outside the hotel. A restaurant on site makes dining very convenient.

The staff was professional and very nice. They were always eager to help. The servers were very accommodating during breakfast. They ensured everyone had everything they needed. Security was vigilant and present.

the room was really clean and a good size. room service was reasonably priced. i liked the modern design. the bed was very comfy.
