I found that the breakfast had many options. There was a wide variety. The rooms are spacious. I had a king size bed and it was enormous.

I got offered a complimentary upgrade to a superior room. I was told it was a disability access room with a bar on the shower, but the room was not as nice. There was no bar cart or table and chair. the room was like a sauna and the air conditioning was no more than a slight breeze so I was boiling all night.

The hotel room had comfortable bedding. i was actually surprised by the clean room and the large selection for breakfast. The staff provided really good service throughout my stay. They were friendly and accommodating.

The front desk staff were helpful. I was able to check in early. The room was spacious and included a king size bed, enormous. Breakfast had a nice variety of options.

I WAS actually surprised by the fresh pastries and birthday wishes in my room upon arrival. My friend had alerted the staff to my birthday. the bedding in my sea-view room was comfortable and clean. the pool was spacious and clean. i found the jacuzzi relaxing as i looked over the sea.

the process to get to my room involved two different lifts and long corridors.

The breakfast menu had a wide variety. Javier provided fantastic service during breakfast. He acknowledged my birthday with really good attention. The hotel staff celebrated with me!!!

The pool area was not well maintained. The indoor jacuzzi was not working. This was a DISAPPOINTMENT.

Fantastic Stay at Prime Location!

The hotel is SUPER close to the train station and a quick walk to the night life. The beds were great and the rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful. I got a free upgrade for the room, THANKS to Hela. Cocktails were delicious!!!

The thermal suites were substandard and I felt paying extra for a small room with saunas was a waste.
