The front desk staff were helpful. I was able to check in early. The room was spacious and included a king size bed, enormous. Breakfast had a nice variety of options.

I WAS actually surprised by the fresh pastries and birthday wishes in my room upon arrival. My friend had alerted the staff to my birthday. the bedding in my sea-view room was comfortable and clean. the pool was spacious and clean. i found the jacuzzi relaxing as i looked over the sea.

the staff was very friendly, this. There WAS one person that stood out! Katie, the concierge, were pretty good with personal recommendations and itineraries. She assisted with dietary restrictions and preferences.

The hotel is SUPER close to the train station and a quick walk to the night life. The beds were great and the rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful. I got a free upgrade for the room, THANKS to Hela. Cocktails were delicious!!!
The thermal suites were substandard and I felt paying extra for a small room with saunas was a waste.
