slow service poor communication

The service in the bar was slow , and getting a menu took multiple requests. I found the staff seemed to repeat information rather than listen to my concerns , and I had some difficulty resolving these issues. I feel that communication could improve.

small cramped bedroom poor air con

my room was quite small. the air conditioning was also quite weak, so the room felt stuffy (not great in summer). the bathroom really needed an update with some cracked tiles and worn fixtures. overall, i expected better for the price.

The parking situation was difficult. I had trouble finding a spot close to the hotel. The room I was assigned felt quite small. It also looked a little tired, with some uneven floors .
