The spa was very relaxing. The facilities were excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the bar created a great atmosphere (especially the cocktails!). I enjoyed the riverwalk from the hotel to the beach.

I found the thermal area a bit too dark. It was a bit difficult to see where I was going. My shower regulator was difficult to use, so I had no hot water.
