I found the hotel bedroom spacious. the bar food was also good. the staff were very helpful. I appreciated their service. underground parking was available, which i found convenient.
i noticed only two cups in the triple room, alongside two glasses and two tumblers. it was unclear why there weren't three of each item. this seemed a minor oversight. fresh water was also not in the room upon arrival.

The hotel provided a family room. It was a very good size. food from the bar was really good on two nights. breakfast was available each morning. the staff at this hotel were really good. Everyone was friendly and efficient, including reception, serving staff and cleaners.
the gym was very small

the underground parking was very convenient. the hotel's easter decorations created a lovely ambiance, even during a wedding event, and the river view from my room was fabulous, i adored it. bar food was very tasty and the staff were very helpful .
the wedding made checking in quite stressful and confusing.

The bedroom was spacious. That met my needs.
i found checking in very confusing with a wedding happening, and i think the check-in area should be separated. the leisure club seemed old, the pool was small for a supposed 4-star hotel, it had rust, and the water was too cold. i was disappointed by the confusion and condition of the facilities

The breakfast had a NICE selection and included hot options to order. The family room was quite spacious, ideal. The pool area had great showers and a changing area.
the entrance porch seemed grubby and there was some litter on the carpet. the room DIDN'T feel clean. There was an unpleasant odor. BUT i was given another room. however it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.
