I really loved how quickly check-in was! the room was both spacious and lovely. the bed felt super comfortable. It was great having a fridge right there in the room. i also enjoyed having a cup of tea. It, you know?

The accounts system seemed a bit off. There was confusion about a food bill.

I had a very spacious room with an ocean view. a fridge was also great. I used it to store drinks and snacks. the bed was super comfortable. I fell asleep instantly!

The leisure facilities were great. i did have to wear a swim cap and flip-flops in the pool. That is standard. free car parking was very convenient, and i didn't have to stress about finding a spot, you know?

the hotel is close to train and bus stops. it made getting around simple. a market is almost opposite the hotel! the hotel offers easy access to public transportation options, so traveling was straightforward.

the receptionist gave me extra time to organize myself. i really appreciated her efficiency and pleasant manner. she gave me a lovely room, and she was exactly who you need when you are tired.

victorian elegance and smooth service

easy access cosy seating complimentary water professional service

the hotel is easily accessible using public transport, a major plus. the downstairs seating area felt genuinely cosy. i found a complimentary water bottle in the fridge. levent at reception provided excellent, professional service and even arranged a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste, something i really appreciated.

i noticed a slight yellow stain on the carpet right at the entrance to the room.

The room included a big bed. Unfortunately, it was two single beds pushed together. the room had tall ceilings and the bathroom floors had some cracks. overall the room needed updating.

every staff member i encountered was helpful and pleasant. levent's service at reception stood out, he was nice and professional. krishna was a wonderful host during afternoon tea, always professional and attentive.

The health club and spa were top notch. I rate them 10/10. there is plenty of parking available . the hotel is close to the train service. This makes attending events very convenient.

the location is fantastic! it is so close to everything. the breakfast had tons of options, i mean seriously a lot! the staff smiled all the time and always helped with directions.

The car park was super tight. I was nervous about scratching the car!

spacious room sea view hypoallergenic duvet

the spacious executive king room had a nice balcony and a great sea view. hypoallergenic duvets were a great touch, and i loved all the windows for fresh air. the swimming pool entertained my daughter.

the in-room dining food was satisfactory, however, my request for no tomato was missed.
