the hotel is easily accessible using public transport, a major plus. the downstairs seating area felt genuinely cosy. i found a complimentary water bottle in the fridge. levent at reception provided excellent, professional service and even arranged a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste, something i really appreciated.
i noticed a slight yellow stain on the carpet right at the entrance to the room.

The room included a big bed. Unfortunately, it was two single beds pushed together. the room had tall ceilings and the bathroom floors had some cracks. overall the room needed updating.

every staff member i encountered was helpful and pleasant. levent's service at reception stood out, he was nice and professional. krishna was a wonderful host during afternoon tea, always professional and attentive.

The health club and spa were top notch. I rate them 10/10. there is plenty of parking available . the hotel is close to the train service. This makes attending events very convenient.

the location is fantastic! it is so close to everything. the breakfast had tons of options, i mean seriously a lot! the staff smiled all the time and always helped with directions.

the spacious executive king room had a nice balcony and a great sea view. hypoallergenic duvets were a great touch, and i loved all the windows for fresh air. the swimming pool entertained my daughter.
the in-room dining food was satisfactory, however, my request for no tomato was missed.
