the standard double room was quite comfortable. i could easily adjust the heat in the room, which i found handy. the cappuccino i enjoyed the first night was fabulous..

the hotel is undergoing refurbishment. work commenced at 9 am and continued until 5:30 pm every day. the manager mentioned no resolution or compensation was available for the disruption. this impacted all floors.

I found the staff genuinely helpful and friendly. The room offered a comfortable stay with a spotlessly clean environment. I appreciated the water dispenser with fresh fruit readily available on each floor.

The parking situation was less than ideal, as the advertised parking was a public car park that filled up quickly. This resulted in extra expenses. This was quite inconvenient.
