i really liked the size of my room and also the hotel was very quiet. all the staff were friendly and helpful. the room had everything needed for a good night's sleep. i found the hotel to be fantastic overall.

The staff were helpful and polite. when needed

I encountered a significant issue with the television in my Premium Room. After turning it off with the remote, the TV repeatedly turned itself back on. The only way to prevent this was to disconnect the power cable behind the unit. I feel each guest must go through the same routine.

the staff were cute and professional they offered helpful local tips it was easy to check in. breakfast featured fresh food and generous portions it included a variety to suit every taste. the dining options and bar area were excellent.

the air conditioning did not cool the room enough it felt warm.
