decent stay, some glitches

faulty machinerobotic staff
the online check-in machine was out of order, so i had to check in manually. the shower head in the room could have been cleaner. plus, i had a credit that the bar staff didn't seem to know about. it became a hassle to get a bottle of wine ordered, requiring a trip to reception to confirm the credit. i found the whole experience with the staff to be robotic.
