Amazing Castle Stay!

nice staffdiverse breakfastquiet roomunresponsive front desk
My son and I felt welcome from the minute we walked in. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I am very grateful. The breakfast included eggs, meats, scones, and fruit. It was very diverse. The room was quite comfortable, clean, and quiet. I felt safe and very well taken care of.
The front desk did not respond to my calls throughout the day, I found that very difficult. It caused logistical problems as a result. They also did not respond to emails from me! This made coordination very difficult.

The room was acceptable. It had a sitting area.
The breakfast was quite expensive for what i received. I noticed that some hot food dishes contained two types of food with only a dessert spoon for serving. the scrambled eggs looked to have been sitting out for an extended period.
