i enjoyed the super clean rooms so much. the beds are super comfortable, i had an excellent night sleep. the location is awesome it's close to everything.

the room was very loud at night because of street noise, i had to use earplugs.

comfortable bed daily water attentive staff

the room i had included complimentary water it was replenished daily which i appreciated the bed was very comfortable and i slept well each night the staff were attentive and addressed any queries promptly the breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was always fresh

the noise from the street was noticeable especially during the weekend evenings it made it a little difficult to fall asleep before things quieted down later at night

amazing city center stay!

clean room helpful staff

I found the room really good. It felt clean and was quite convenient. i had no issues with the hot water! the front desk staff was kind and helpful, especially one person i noticed.

I noticed there were no towel hooks in the bathroom. This made hanging used towels quite difficult. also, the light beside the sink in the bathroom was tilted downward.

The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and kind. I really enjoyed the live piano performance in the bar one night. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious.

The street noise was VERY loud at night. The heating wasn't warm enough, made the room quite cold. The summer duvets on the beds were insufficient. I needed warmer blankets.

The location was great, right in the heart of the area, every thing was a short walk away. the staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. the room was very clean, and the furniture was high quality. i had an early check-in, and my room was ready. I appreciated that.
