Elegant Stay With Great Service
bathroom heating sugarloaf mountain bus service relaxing pool
My room had underfloor heating in the bathroom. It was very cosy. The room overlooked the Sugarloaf mountain. I found the bus service to the nearby village helpful. It runs hourly. I enjoyed using the steam room. It has a sauna and pool.
Check in is at 4pm. My room was not ready until 4.30pm, it was late.

Staff are helpful and inform you of all the activities. Reception greeted me lovely. The courtesy bus provides transport to locations. Spa staff are professional, and the treatments are fabulous.

The hotel has a great location. The hotel has extensive grounds. I saw a bus taking people to the village on the hour, every hour. The garden pavilion and shops are very close.

Dinner at the Sika restaurant was immaculate. The hosts were friendly and professional ensuring we were topped up. Sally Gap bar had a great atmosphere. Breakfast has a varied menu.

stained retaining walls early closing
The hotel exterior had stained retaining walls. It was not a pretty sight. inside, the lobby bar closed early at 9pm. this left sally gap brassiere as the only option for a drink. it lacked a relaxing atmosphere. soup cost €14. I didn't eat there again.
