the toilet roll in my room wasn't 4-star quality, a minor detail. the roll seemed basic and didn't quite match the hotel's standard! it was a small thing that stood out.

a mixed experience to be sure

stained parquetindifferent staff
The room assigned was not up to par. the parquet flooring near the beds was stained and damp. My socks got wet. i also noticed a cobweb in the corner and rust around the bathtub. staff at reception displayed indifference when i reported these issues. No apology was extended, which i found unacceptable.

Parking was a problem upon arrival. both car parks were completely full. i had to drive around for half an hour before finding a spot far from the building. the room i booked was dated. the bathroom needs refurbishment to maintain cleanliness. I saw staining on fixtures and a damaged tile.
