i really liked the central location of this hotel. it made exploring the city so easy! the staff was friendly. they offered helpful advice regarding the area. my room was large and clean.
The shower in my room did not work properly. i had to call maintenance to come and fix it. the breakfast was okay. some items were missing. plates were not removed from the table quickly enough, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

i found the location wonderful. the staff was friendly, and i appreciated the cleanliness. i especially loved the hot chocolate station available to guests at no extra cost. the hotel provided ear plugs for added comfort on saturday nights.
during my three-day stay, i noticed some glasses and cups were not changed daily. this was a minor inconvenience, but attention to such details would enhance the overall experience. it's a small thing that could make a difference.

I was thrilled with my room! it was HUGE and super clean!!! the staff was attentive. They really were really good. i also found the location superb, putting me right in the heart of everything. plus, the breakfast was good and had so many options!

The location was good.
The room size was smaller than expected. The noise from the nearby bars made it difficult to sleep even with the windows closed. This affected my rest. i found the breakfast options repetitive after a few days.
