“Amber Springs strikes me as a thoughtfully designed escape for families, where the needs of both parents and children are genuinely considered. Redmond Farm provides fresh ingredients, and the kids have dedicated zones, plus there's an adults-only bar later in the evening, which seems ideal. Its proximity to Gorey's main street and nearby beaches adds to the appeal.”
